2008 Balloon Pilots

North America’s largest balloon operator seeks Pilots.  Opportunities are available for many of our Canadian-based passenger ride operations.  Our flying season extends from early-May through late-October, during which time our pilots will complete between 125-175 flights.  While we require a minimum six (6) month commitment, year-round opportunities are available for the right candidates.  However, our very clear preference is for longer-term (i.e. three year) relationships and owner/operator situations (which we will help establish and support).  Big balloon experience, demonstrable flying abilities, and sound decision making skills are an obvious requirement.  Also important are attitude, personality, and the ability to consistently get the job done without oversight and without sacrificing safety.  For additional information please review our website and contact us at +1-519-473-6444 or seb@sundanceballoons.com.  All enquiries will be treated confidentially.

2008 Balloon Crew

North America’s largest balloon operator seeks Crew.  Opportunities exist for all of our Canadian-based passenger ride operations.  Our flying season extends from early-May through late-October, during which time our pilots will complete between 125-175 flights.  Although we typically require a minimum six (6) month commitment, summer-only and year-round opportunities are available for the right candidates.  Ballooning experience would be considered a definite asset, as would the desire to become a commercial balloon pilot.  Physical fitness and strength (i.e. heavy lifting) are absolute pre-requisites, whereas the following would be considered advantageous: (i) clean Driver’s Abstract; (ii) Class F licence (or equivalent thereto); (iii) current First Aid/CPR; (iv) outgoing personality; (v) positive attitude; and (vi) clean-cut appearance.  For additional information please review our website and contact us at +1-519-473-6444 or seb@sundanceballoons.com.  All enquiries will be treated confidentially
